Zhoushan Changhong International successfully secured orders for 6 vessels of 2700 TEU container ships.

Since China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd. invested in Zhoushan Changhong International Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., both parties have closely collaborated to develop high-tech ship types, focusing on enhancing the company's core competitiveness. Currently, the construction of feeder container ships has been positioned as one of the company's main ship types.
Recently, Zhoushan Changhong International Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. successfully signed a construction contract for 6 units of 2700 TEU container ships with a Singaporean shipowner. The signed 2700 TEU container ship has a design length of 186 meters, a beam of 34.8 meters, and a depth of 17.9 meters, making it a wide-body ship type that meets current shipping demands. This type of ship is developed by the 708th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and will be classified by DNVGL.
Successfully undertaking this project not only completes the product series of Zhoushan Changhong container ships but also further consolidates Zhoushan Changhong's brand position in the international feeder container ship market.
