From July 18 to 20, Governor Wang Hao conducted research in Zhoushan. He emphasized that Zhoushan is not only Zhejiang's Zhoushan but also the nation's Zhoushan, and it must be positioned within the national and even global context. We must resolutely implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions regarding Zhoushan, earnestly carry out the deployment requirements of the 15th Provincial Party Committee's third plenary session and the first plenary session of the provincial government, focus on the overall situation, grasp the big picture, and concentrate on major tasks. We should precisely plan and promote a number of key tasks, major initiatives, and important measures, demonstrating greater achievements and making greater contributions in serving national strategies, building a world-class strong port, and advancing common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization.
On the afternoon of July 18, Governor Wang Hao visited Changhong International. Zhoushan Mayor Xu Renbiao, Dinghai District Party Secretary Hou Fugong, and Changhong International Industrial Park President Dai Jiming accompanied him.
At the shipbuilding dock, President Dai provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation, development history, planning layout, and production operations of the Changhong Industrial Park. Governor Wang successively inspected various types of container ships under construction and large vessels under repair, learned about Changhong's development achievements in recent years and its goal of vigorously developing the marine engineering manufacturing industry. He expressed recognition of Changhong's business philosophy, advanced production technology, and good development momentum, and carefully inquired about the difficulties encountered in project promotion, urging the accompanying responsible comrades to quickly find solutions to the problems and provide more precise and efficient services to promote Changhong's strengthening, optimization, and expansion.
