On January 21, Zhoushan Changhong International Industrial Park held the 2019 Economic Work Conference. More than 200 people attended the meeting, including Li Huilin, Deputy General Manager of China International Marine Containers (CIMC) Qianhai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., President Dai Jiming, Vice Presidents Zhang Jian, Li Jijun, Ma Weidong, Financial Director Yin Ruifen, department officials, and heads of various cooperative units.
At the meeting, President Dai Jiming first reviewed the progress of various work in 2018 on behalf of the company. He said that last year, under the continuous downturn of the external economic environment, the people of Zhoushan Changhong, through their own efforts, unity, and hard work, relied on the advantages and resources of Changhong International to seize opportunities and capture the market, achieving significant improvements in all main businesses, while Zhoushan Industrial Park continued to maintain a stable development posture, with all work progressing in an orderly manner.
Afterwards, President Dai made key deployments for this year's work. First, further strengthen safety production work. Learn from past lessons and eliminate safety production management issues from the source, making a turnaround in the new year. Second, continue to improve management and enhance the company's soft power. Third, ensure production management is well done, ensure the completion rate of plans, further improve the shipbuilding, ship repair, and ship dismantling management system, streamline management relationships, and refine management responsibilities. Fourth, encourage technological innovation to enhance core competitiveness. Fifth, establish a service awareness to improve customer satisfaction. Sixth, create military-civilian integration and explore new development dynamics. Seventh, seek diversified development to improve resource output rates. Eighth, strengthen cost awareness to improve overall economic efficiency.
President Dai emphasized that from 2009 to 2018, everyone witnessed and experienced the continuous decline of the shipbuilding industry. Changhong has steadily advanced step by step, from nothing to something, from weak to strong, from seeking survival to seeking development today. We must use the spirit of the group's year-end meeting as motivation, seize the development opportunities with CIMC, and use this as a platform to comprehensively enhance capacity and quality, accelerate development, and bravely move towards our goals.
The meeting also recognized outstanding managers, advanced workers, advanced collectives, and excellent cooperative units for the year. Some award representatives took the stage to give acceptance speeches. In addition, the main leaders of the company also exchanged views on how to achieve the annual target tasks.
