On the afternoon of May 26, at the Changhong International Vocational Skills Training Center, 40 trainees were fully engaged in an electrician skills test. "Wiring - Unwiring - Drawing - Troubleshooting," every step was carried out meticulously. For them, this was a great opportunity for skill development. For the company, this was also the first self-certified examination, which is of great significance.

In order to continuously promote the company's goal of "training strong enterprises" and enhance employees' skill levels, Changhong International launched the first "Enterprise Job Skills Improvement (Junior Electrician)" training class on April 26, and the employees were very enthusiastic.

This vocational skills level certification training invited national senior assessors and senior technicians, Teacher Liu Ping, to conduct the classes. Teacher Liu used a combination of theoretical explanations and practical operations to enhance everyone's professional skills in areas such as basic circuit principles, electrician safety knowledge, and practical electrician skills.

With the ongoing vocational skills training, a wave of business research and learning competition has swept through the company.

After a month of serious study, the Comprehensive Management Department organized all trainees for the electrician vocational skills level assessment exam, which consisted of both theoretical and practical parts. During the exam, the trainees remained calm and composed, carefully answering questions and completing all exam tasks within the allotted time.

Subsequently, the Zhoushan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue vocational skills level certificates to the trainees who pass the exam.

In the next phase, Changhong International will continue to carry out diversified training and examinations focused on professional skills, effectively enhancing employees' operational skills and knowledge reserves, contributing to the company's high-quality development.
