The smart water and electricity system that has been launched consists of water meters, electricity meters, 4G collectors, cloud servers, a smart data energy management platform, and the Agricultural Bank of China mobile banking app. It can achieve real-time monitoring of water and electricity usage in 775 dormitory rooms through IoT and big data technologies, automatically collect water and electricity usage data from each room, and settle related fees in real-time. When the balance of water and electricity fees is insufficient, it automatically cuts off the power, reducing the processes of meter reading, billing, and collection, further enhancing the efficiency of logistics management. At the same time, resident employees can scan a code to pay for water and electricity fees, check the water and electricity usage in their dormitories in real-time, and promptly identify leaks or drips, which is beneficial for saving water and electricity.

The intelligent charging pile system can ensure the safety of electric vehicle charging while completely solving the problem of charging difficulties for employees. The company has reasonably arranged 140 charging spots in areas such as the factory entrance, dock, north side of the production building, and around the painting room. Employees can pay for charging by scanning a code, allowing for immediate charging and departure, which is safe and efficient.
