5In accordance with the industry standard "General Specification for Green Shipbreaking" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,WB/T1022—2005and the "Several Opinions on Regulating the Development of the Shipbreaking Industry" issued by the Ministry of Commerce and other eight ministries (Shang Chan Zi [2009] No. 614), as well as the "Regulations on the Qualification Review and Recognition of Green Shipbreaking Enterprises (Trial)" by the China Shipbreaking Association, the qualification review committee conducted the review, and the leadership group for the qualification review of green shipbreaking enterprises approved the review, determining the public list of the second batch of green shipbreaking enterprises of various levels.
