On January 11, Zhang Xinmin, the inspector of the General Office of the Central Committee, led a delegation from the General Office to conduct an inspection and research at Changhong International in Zhoushan, and held a symposium. Chen Haiping, the deputy mayor of Dinghai District in Zhoushan, the director of the industrial park, and leaders of the industrial park accompanied the research.
The inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of the shipyard, dock, and workshops of Changhong International, listened to the report on the progress of work in the past six months since General Secretary Xi's visit, and gained a detailed understanding of our company's development status and management innovation. The inspection team fully affirmed the new achievements made by our company.
At the symposium, Chairman Li Hongwei emphasized that General Secretary Xi pointed out the direction and development goals for us during his visit six months ago, which strengthened our determination and confidence to overcome the current temporary difficulties. The company's management immediately held a study meeting to focus on learning the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speech, and each department improved awareness, identified gaps, and sought development during the study. Over the past six months, through various forms such as employee meetings, pre-shift meetings, symposiums, speech competitions, company newspapers, and websites, a strong learning atmosphere has been created, greatly motivating all employees' entrepreneurial enthusiasm and implementing the General Secretary's instructions. The research team highly recognized the company's progress.
Commissioner Zhang Xinmin also kindly inquired about the difficulties faced by the company's development. He stated that the production hardware facilities of Changhong International already represent an international level, and there has been significant progress in the past six months.
