At 11 a.m. on May 10, the 63500T (CHB005) bulk carrier built by Zhoushan Changhong International for New Changjiang Shipping (Hong Kong) Company slowly approached the dock under the tow of a tugboat, successfully completing a three-day trial voyage and returning to the company.
(CHB005) set sail on the morning of May 8. To ensure the smooth conduct of this trial voyage, relevant departments established strict guidelines in advance, including trial voyage milestones and inspection items. Considering that there were many inspection items for this trial voyage, the trial personnel carefully checked each submitted inspection item, recorded various data during the trial voyage in detail, and communicated promptly with the shipowner and ship inspection regarding any issues that arose. During the trial voyage, the personnel strictly followed the outline requirements, deployed and implemented the trial voyage projects, and raced against time to complete a series of submission items such as main engine load endurance, EEDI, hull characteristics, and drone cabin, meeting the requirements of the shipowner and ship inspection.
On the morning of May 26, the ship was successfully delivered.
