On July 7, the Hangzhou Customs officially conducted an on-site inspection for Changhong International for advanced customs enterprise certification. This is the first enterprise in Zhoushan to carry out advanced customs certification after the implementation of the 'Interim Measures for the Management of Customs Credit of Enterprises', which is of great significance to our company.

It is understood that the General Administration of Customs issued the 'Interim Measures for the Management of Customs Credit of Enterprises of the People's Republic of China' on December 1, 2014. According to the credit status of enterprises, they are classified into advanced certified enterprises, general certified enterprises, general credit enterprises, and untrustworthy enterprises. Based on the principles of facilitating compliance and punishing non-compliance, differentiated management measures are implemented for customs supervision of import and export enterprises. Chen Min, head of the Zhoushan Customs Inspection Department, stated: 'Advanced certified enterprises are internationally recognized AEO enterprises, which represent the highest level of credit assessment by customs. In addition to enjoying domestic customs clearance conveniences such as simplified review of import and export goods documentation and priority processing of customs clearance procedures, they can also enjoy 'VIP' customs clearance treatment from mutually recognized countries or regions.'

Through the patient and detailed guidance from Zhoushan Customs, we have genuinely improved our various systems. In the current overall downturn of the shipping industry, obtaining this advanced certification gold card will enhance our competitiveness and achieve sustainable development for the enterprise.
