Changhong International has a comprehensive layout in Dinghai, Putuo and Daishan. The three bases cover a total area of more than 580 million square meters, with a total coastline of more than 12400 meters, a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan, an annual shipbuilding capacity of 3 million deadweight tons and an annual ship repair capacity of more than 600 ships. It has formed a new pattern of ship-based, integrated construction and coordinated development.
The three bases have 12 300000-ton, 100000-ton and 80000-ton dry docks, 2 150000-ton horizontal docks and 12 outfitting docks.
It has 2 900-ton gantry cranes, 1 800-ton gantry crane, 1 600-ton gantry crane, 2 500-ton gantry cranes, 11 high-horsepower tugboats and supporting lifting equipment and facilities. It has large-scale production workshops and steel structure production sites such as pretreatment processing workshop, segmented production workshop, outfitting workshop, painting workshop, mechanical and electrical special repair workshop, etc. It has the conditions and capabilities to build, refit and repair various ships and marine engineering equipment at home and abroad.
