The fourth 1004TEU container ship 'Zero' has been delivered.

On June 26, Changhong International delivered the fourth 1004TEU container ship (CHB065) built for the China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. and Germany's Jungerhans company with zero comments signed off.
The 1004TEU container ship project is the first collaboration between Changhong International and the China International Marine Containers Design Institute. The successful delivery of four ships over the course of more than a year is a testament to the friendship between both parties and marks the beginning of a good cooperation.
The shipowner stated that Zhoushan Changhong International successfully completed the construction of all four container ships, demonstrating strong construction capabilities. In particular, the delivery of the CHB065 ship had no outstanding issues, and the processes and construction precision inspected by the on-site supervision representatives have reached an excellent level domestically.
Since the trial voyage ended on May 17, the ship had over 1,000 rectification comments, more than double that of the previous three ships. The project team held a night meeting to analyze the comments, focusing on sorting out each comment and assigning responsibilities. Over the past month, the project team actively organized supervisors from various trades to conduct briefings and verifications every night, communicating and discussing difficult comments with the shipowner to reduce on-site construction difficulties, while also urging the work area to expedite the handling and closure of the shipowner's comments. All departments worked together to achieve the remarkable result of delivering the ship with zero comments signed off.
The ship is scheduled to leave the factory for operation in early July.
