Recently, the Putuo Changhong Ship Repair Management Team was awarded the honorary title of 'Worker Pioneer' by the Putuo District Federation of Trade Unions for the year 2023.
The Putuo Changhong Ship Repair Production Management Team was established in May 2019, growing from an initial group of 3 to a team of 9 today. They dare to be the first, are brave in their struggles, and have solved one production problem after another; they forge ahead, strive for excellence, and have repeatedly completed various tasks assigned by the company with outstanding results, receiving high praise from domestic and foreign shipowners.
In 2023, the management team achieved a series of impressive results through hard work and responsibility: the modification project of the 'Tie Jian Feng Dian 01' crane was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the company's entry into the modification market for offshore engineering vessels. The desulfurization tower modification projects for four vessels in the Hebei Ocean series were all completed ahead of schedule, creating benefits for the shipowners. The desulfurization modification project for 'De Xiang Guang Yang' faced challenges such as limited space, high construction difficulty, tight deadlines, and heavy tasks, yet they worked around the clock to deliver on time. The highly anticipated modification project of the 'Hai Gang Zhi Yuan' methanol fuel supply vessel took 113 days and successfully set sail, accumulating practical experience for the company in the dual-fuel vessel modification field...
