On December 13 at 11:08, as the chief commander Li Huagang issued the order to launch the vessel, and the shipowner's on-site office manager Liu Jian pressed the launch button, accompanied by the sound of booming firecrackers, the 8th ship (hull number: CHB2022) of the 2,500-box container series built by Changhong International for Shangjing Logistics was successfully launched at the No. 3 slipway. The SMT supervision team, representatives from Lloyd's Register, company executives, and employee representatives witnessed this moment together.

This ship is the 3rd vessel launched by Changhong International at the slipway. It fully draws on the construction experience of the previous two ships, optimizing the assembly and construction plan, which not only ensures the scientific and rational nature of the assembly lifting operations but also guarantees the slipway closure cycle; project organization and inspection plans are reasonably arranged, with the shipowner, ship inspection, and service providers working overtime to cooperate fully; a detailed and thorough slipway launch plan has been developed, with responsibilities assigned to individuals to ensure the safety of the vessel's launch. After the launch, the ship will complete the upper construction lifting and the final spray painting of the hull's outer plates in the dry dock.
The project consists of a total of 8 vessels, with 6 already completed and delivered to the shipowner ahead of schedule, and the 7th vessel expected to be delivered within this month. This series of ships was developed and designed by the China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. Design and Research Institute. This ship type is a new generation of 'Bangkok's largest' container ship, which has characteristics such as large carrying capacity, high number of containers, low fuel consumption, and energy-saving environmental protection compared to traditional Bangkok-type container ships. The ship has a total length of 171.95 meters, a beam of 32.2 meters, a depth of 16.7 meters, a designed speed of 18 knots, and is classified by Lloyd's Register.
