This ship's launch utilized the world's most advanced horizontal ship transfer technology for the first time. Among the top shipbuilding companies with horizontal ship transfer capabilities, all aim to upgrade their technology based on this, maintaining excellent overall usage status, high transfer efficiency, and safe and controllable transfer processes. This technology features a fully networked digital control system, intelligent operation, and an increased maximum transfer capacity of up to its own weight1.9ten thousand tons, with reserved capacity for further enhancement, allowing for half-ship repositioning, which can save related transfer operation time5days/ships, with operational personnel20people/ships, with working hours500hours/ships. This is also part of Changhong International's investment this year8000ten thousand in10the intelligent technology transformation project for the ten-thousand-ton level horizontal ship transfer connection, specifically tailored for the mass construction of container ships.
The company is the first in the country to use hydraulic dollies for the launch of container ships.
