The expert group conducted a review based on DB33-630-2007《Basic Requirements for Safety Production of Shipbuilding Enterprises》,and conducted a detailed comparison and scoring of the shipbuilding company's production site and safety management records, providing professional review opinions. The expert group believes that: the application procedure for the safety production standardization review of Zhoushan Changhong International Shipbuilding Company complies with national regulations, the safety production standardization system operates effectively, and it has met the requirements for creating a three-level safety production standardization enterprise, successfully passing the acceptance.
At the same time,the expert group proposed higher requirements for Changhong International's safety production standardization construction, hoping that Changhong International, on the basis of having a three-level standardization,strictly implements the safety production policy of 'safety first, prevention as the main focus, comprehensive governance' and the scientific development concept of 'people-oriented', strengthens the standardization, scientific, systematic, and legal aspects of safety production work, emphasizes performance management and continuous improvement, effectively enhances the enterprise's safety production level, and strives to elevate the enterprise's safety production standardization to a new level in the short term.的安全生产方针和“以人为本”的科学发展观，强化安全生产工作的规范化、科学化、系统化和法制化，注重绩效管理和持续改进，有效提高企业安全生产水平，力争在短期内使企业的安全生产标准化再上一个台阶。
