Han Bixiang, President of Taiwan CITIC Shipbuilding Group, and Dai Jiming, President of Changhong International, signed on behalf of both parties at the delivery ceremony. Leaders from both companies,NKclassification society, Ningbo Design Institute, and other guests attended the signing ceremony.
"CITIC No. 8" floating dock is the first floating dock built by Changhong International last year. The floating dock is160meters long, with a width of46meters, and a depth of18.40meters,15000with a lifting capacity of tons, and a submersion depth of15meters. It is mainly used for dock repair projects of various bulk carriers, engineering ships, etc. The construction of this ship started in2014Year3month,10Month31day it was launched. During the construction process, the staff fully utilized our Changhong people's "Transforming pressure into motivation, demanding efficiency from time"excellent work style, strengthened communication and cooperation with shipowners and ship inspections, reasonably allocated labor, and many projects were successfully submitted for inspection at once. At the same time, continuously improving and enhancing production processes and management models, accelerating construction progress, ensuring that the ship's launch, main engine, empty test, launch, and other series of nodes are closely linked and advanced step by step, successfully achieving the goal of timely delivery.
Mr. Han Bixiang delivered an enthusiastic speech, highly praising our company's cooperation and support during the construction of this ship, fully affirming Changhong's construction quality. He hopes that both parties can carry out further cooperation in the future.
