First, the heads of each department reviewed and summarized the safety production situation of their respective departments.2014General Manager Li Jijun stated that last year the company's Safety and Environmental Protection Department increased the intensity of safety production management. While ensuring investment in safety costs, they focused on weak links in safety management, highlighted key areas, strengthened control, and carried out a large amount of effective safety work. The overall safety management operation of the company is in good condition, providing a guarantee for the stable and healthy development of shipbuilding projects. He also pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the safety management process: particularly, the professional knowledge and quality of safety management personnel need further improvement; the supervision of outsourced teams by the Safety and Environmental Protection Department needs to be strengthened; and the establishment of a stability maintenance mechanism still requires creating conditions and further exploring new management ideas.
Subsequently, President Dai Jiming delivered an important speech on the current situation of the company's safety management work, affirming the achievements made in safety production management over the year and encouraging everyone to continue their efforts.2015At the same time, he pointed out that the current safety work situation is very severe, as shipyards have historically been high-incidence areas for safety production accidents. He required all levels of cadres to shoulder the important responsibility of maintaining stability, placing safety and stability maintenance work in a prominent position, seriously studying safety regulations and the company's safety management system, implementing safety management responsibilities for dispatched personnel, strengthening supervision and management of subcontracted teams, closely monitoring the ideological dynamics of employees, ensuring that work is implemented down to every detail, and eliminating hidden dangers and unstable factors at the budding stage to achieve the annual goal of 'no accidents in safety production.'
Finally, Dai Jiming signed the2015annual safety production responsibility agreement with the heads of various departments, and the signing ceremony concluded successfully.
