On the afternoon of July 28, the Party Committee of Zhoushan Changhong International Industrial Park held a party member meeting, where, according to the requirements of the Party Constitution, five new members of the Party Committee were elected by a differential election: Li Jun, Li Jijun, Wu Jianping, Chen Ping, and Tao Handong. Following the 'public nomination and direct election' procedure, Comrade Li Jijun was elected as the new Party Secretary. Huang Xiaogang, Secretary of the District's Two New Work Committee, Yao Huawei, Organization Committee Member of Xiaosha Street, and Dai Jiming, President of the Industrial Park, were invited to attend the meeting.

At the meeting, Comrade Li Jun, head of the Party and Mass Work Department, gave a detailed report on the previous term's Party building work. Subsequently, the newly elected Party Secretary Comrade Li Jijun stated that future Party building work should unite and lead the team members to adhere to the work idea of 'focusing on the economy to promote Party building, and promoting development through good Party building.' The main line should be to implement work points, responsibility systems, and work standards, using heart, mind, and effort to strengthen the grassroots, build the team, seek breakthroughs in highlights, and solidly promote Party building work, providing good organizational support for the construction and operation of the industrial park. He also emphasized that Party building work must properly handle the relationship between business work and Party work; management and service; theoretical and practical work; execution and supervision; work and study. Only by improving the economic construction of the industrial park can the Party organization possess attractiveness, cohesion, combat effectiveness, and vitality. Therefore, Party work must closely integrate with the work of the industrial park, avoiding a 'two skins' situation, achieving unity in thought, alignment in goals, and synchronization in work.

In his speech, Huang Xiaogang, Secretary of the District's Two New Work Committee, emphasized the significant importance of Party building work for the 'Two New' (new economic organizations and new social organizations) and proposed the goal of 'giving enterprises confidence, gaining public trust, and earning employee trust' to continuously deepen Party building work in enterprises. He called for the formation of a Party member team that leads by example in abiding by laws and regulations, improving quality, conserving energy and reducing consumption, providing suggestions, and ensuring safe production. The Party organization should fully play its leading role in enterprise development and the pioneering role of Party members to ensure the healthy, stable, and rapid development of enterprises, promoting the construction of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area and becoming a demonstration point for Zhoushan's 'Two New' work.

Finally, Dai Jiming, President of the Industrial Park, congratulated the newly elected members of the Party Committee and the Secretary. After fully affirming the achievements made since the establishment of the Party Committee in the industrial park, he hoped that the new Party Committee would continuously strengthen the construction of the Party organization, participate in enterprise decision-making, and provide good organizational support for enterprise development. He hoped that Party members would unite in purpose, surpass competition, tackle difficulties, innovate, and create a strong internal motivation and harmonious internal environment for the enterprise.
