The Zhoushan Changhong International Xiaoganjiao Project has commenced.

At 9:58 AM on January 15, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Xiaogan Bridge project was held in the Zhoushan Changhong International Processing and Manufacturing Workshop. It is understood that the main bridge of the Changhong International Xiaogan Second Bridge is a self-anchored suspension bridge with a double-tower three-span composite beam structure of 150m + 370m + 150m. The main beam of the main bridge is a steel-concrete composite beam structure, with a standard beam segment length of 616m, a beam height of 3m, and a total width of 32m. The main material is Q345qD, and the total structural weight is about 11,000 tons. The project is expected to be completed in February 2017.
After the groundbreaking ceremony, relevant leaders stated that the construction of the Xiaogan Bridge project will adhere to the principle of 'a hundred-year plan, quality first', earnestly implement national quality management regulations, and rely on technology and management to support the full-process monitoring of construction project quality, ensuring that the acceptance standard for the main project quality is 'zero defects', and that the pass rate for the quality inspection of each inspection batch, sub-item, and sub-project reaches 100%.
