2Month23On the day, the company held2015the annual safety production meeting, reporting on2015the completion of safety control targets by various units for the year, and deploying2016the safety production work goals and key work plans for the year. Company leaders signed safety target responsibility agreements with heads of various departments.
Executive Vice President Li Jijun emphasized that2016this year we need to do well in multiple areas: first, strengthen target management and implement primary responsibilities; second, enhance education and training to improve employee quality; third, increase governance efforts to eliminate safety hazards; fourth, enhance the ability to handle emergencies.
We must clearly recognize the difficulty of ensuring safety production. Every safety accident is due to both improper management and the lack of safety awareness among new workers. Units with weak sense of responsibility are prone to safety accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to this from a mental perspective, liberate ourselves from outdated management methods, focus on strict hazard investigations, and ensure effective rectification. We need to change the safety production management mechanism and innovate ideas and measures. Responsibilities for violations and accidents must be clearly defined, and a standardized management mechanism should be established through strict accountability and compensation for losses. We should increase the intensity of safety training, improve training effectiveness, and continuously increase reasonable investments in safety hardware, ensuring practical actions and strict management to achieve collective prevention and control of safety production.
The signing of this year's safety production responsibility agreement mainly follows the principle of 'whoever is in charge is responsible; whoever supervises is responsible; whoever manages is responsible,' implementing the 'dual responsibility' system for safety production. The company's safety management is implemented through a hierarchical management and responsibility system. The general manager of the company is fully responsible for safety production, while the safety vice president is directly responsible for safety production.
