This ship is the second in the series, designed by1SDARI, using original importedMAN B&W 5G60ME-C9.2main engine, which, compared to ordinaryStype engines,Gtype engines have a longer stroke and lower engine speed, which can improve propeller efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and decrease carbon dioxide emissions.The waterborne phase of the ship's construction was completed efficiently, and the integrity of the launch was further improved. Before the launch, the department organized a special planning meeting to optimize resource allocation based on the principle of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and developed a division of labor for the docking project personnel, further emphasizing the key points and precautions for each position. 'We treat every docking as if it were the first time, and we must never be careless,' emphasized Fu Dafei from the shipbuilding department.

It is understood that the docking mainly includes the preparation work for the shipyard and floating dock. Due to the numerous processes and large workload, starting from the beginning of the month, the department organized personnel to inspect and install the slipway, slip board, and small vehicles, with strict quality control at each step. Because the 'Changhong Mountain' floating dock returned from Ningbo Samsung Heavy Industries later than expected,

the preparation work for the docking of the No. 2#63500 ship was particularly urgent. Considering the uncertainty of the weather, the on-site personnel were undeterred by difficulties, seizing the time to carry out temporary winch and floating dock slipway installation and inspection work overnight, leaving enough time for the subsequent installation of the movable pulley.4While implementing the docking preparation work,the integrity work of the No. 1 ship is of utmost importance. Considering that launching is a crucial step in shipbuilding, the shipbuilding department formed a professional inspection team with personnel from the quality assurance and safety and environmental protection departments, checking each item on the launch engineering inspection checklist; additionally, to make full use of resources, a series of pre-process work was carried out, focusing on the two key points of 'launching in a weight-bearing state' and 'quick trial sailing after launching and being ready for delivery.'
